Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at shop@sundaylaneboutique.com with Return in the subject line to begin the process.
Return Conditions
All returned items must be in acceptable, unused condition. We do not accept items that show any signs of wear or use. Items must be free of:
- Makeup stains
- Deodorant marks
- Perfume or fragrance scent
- Cigarette smell
- Pet hair
- Stains of any kind
Items not meeting these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be processed and store credit to be issued once your item is received.
